Prices:

All prices are final. You agree to pay all transportation and handling charges.

Payment:

Payment is due when the order is placed and the media is submitted to indieOpolis. You may pay by VISA, M/C, money order, cashiers check, Company or personal check. (Company & personal check orders will be shipped after check clears from the bank).

Warranty:

indieOpolis uses DVD-R media and equipment which are used by professionals in the DVD industry. Finished media products are checked for physical defects only. MPEG-2 conversion may produce certain artifacts based on the quality of your video source. indieOpolis cannot be responsible for artifacts that arise from poor quality source.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of orders may be made in writing or by email to support@indieopolis.net.  You will be charged for all costs incurred up to the date of the cancellation.

Compatibility:

The DVD-R standard has been approved by the industry consortium of DVD player manufacturers. Compatibility with DVD-Rs may occur in some DVD players manufactured in 1997. indieOpolis cannot be responsible for the compliance of your player with the DVD-R specification and you should check with the manufacturer or your manual prior to ordering. Check the compatibility of your DVD player with DVD-R media
